The Examination is definitely held. But it should be held before the end semester. infact much before the end semester. And the teacher too is an examinee herein. To evaluate one's own performance. Self evaluation is not for discouragement (unless (it a sad rectification of spilt milk); it is for improvement of one's own process. the teacher , it is said, is concurrenntly learning.
