Abstract
Dr Deming added to the kity of his recommendations for facilitating a chain reaction in organisational improvement two agendas, after looking at anti-Quality culture of Americans. An enlarged set of 14 points thus evolved. This part of D(r)e(a)ming for a quality world addresses the 13th point of Education and re-training.
Training appears to bear the mantra for aligning people. With training most of the tasks can be made as manageable. The best methods are learnt, and especially the people can be educated as to where to look for solutions to common problems. Training is thus the answer to common people to be special.
