The Quality Definitions

Dr Deming said, Trust your men,
Philip Crosby exhorts: Let them be competent
While Juran, emphasized on Control,
Ishikawa notifies: Don’t tax Individuals more
Sure, They all work together, better in Teams,

Peter Senge argues: If they have better genes
confides………. they will master their arts well!
Fiegenbaum: Fool proof systems are swell,
Poka-Yoke may retrieve things even from Hell!
You say: is that the recipe for success.

Succeed you must, or pay a ‘bad Quality’ cess?
Priyavrat: Until kind of ‘Quality culture’ you guess!
save both Discipline and Attitude as processes
and bet! you sustain till ‘Possitivity’ is your Asset!

Professes Covey: Hurry, sharpen your Axe
rather improve all eight habits for a good base!
Taguchi: To run faster, cleverly Design up laces
But, before that, reinforce your systems to test…
Systems only will make product realization fastest

Worthy systems will facilitate Quality-achieved Free
Yet, ‘basic Competence is the basis’ we all agree…
For, Status Quo & dissatisfaction deserve no apology,
Until with dame luck we derive the analogy!
Win-Win criteria for personnel development is best,
For Quality, only capable people nurse the quest!

The definition of Quality in verse is a maiden attempt.
the attributions are at times unique and driven from the rich endowment and experience from my ( author’s) life, there is always a scope to better them.
Could you give your valued and detailed comments.
