S A R G A M as one knows, are the beats of music. Music is the soul / product of harmony, and/ or order. Music is a blend of creativity and celebration. Music is an integration of competence and sequencing of balanced design stimuli.

This work(download here) is the result of experiences from application of strategic Total Quality Management to a group dance. Explained using the analogy of Sargam, the little protocol of Music marked by a sequence of 7syllables (sounds), that is the essence of celebration of Music. Sargam has been attempted for seeking a comparison with TQM, and found as well equated and harmonised. The attempt for eqation of Sargam draws its strength from Eight Quality management principles of ISO (International Organisation of Standardisation).
