Examination.Education

Rigours abound, setting a stage for celebration,
Over the off-set of a long year of perspiration,
is juxtaposition of the very process of evaluation;
However, vital it is, writing the future of a nation.

While being a backend of a process, you: Examination!
You can churn out cream out of chaffs, without inhibition,
Or, at least, set in a process, void of elimination,
scientifically, rather than selecting ‘one’ by intuition.

Away from classroom, you have facilitated certification,
Granted approvals to knowledge for global application,
Audited even the coveted process for accreditation.
Yet; have you been scary of your own introspection?

Nevertheless, the modus operandi to win is preparation;
Elixir for success is analytical thinking plus determination.
You realize objectives, aspirations and fructify dedication?
So, Are results implicit? For contentment! Or for salvation?

Nothing can replace a dedicated approach to learn.
The urge to understand the concepts & attain clarity is required which sadly is missing in our Indian Education system.

Again, very nice to hear these thoughts from a teacher.

Yes I do believe the failure of a student in end semester examination is the failure of a teacher.
The Examination is definitely held. But it should be held before the end semester. infact much before the end semester. And the teacher too is an examinee herein. To evaluate one’s own performance. Self evaluation is not for discouragement (unless (it a sad rectification of spilt milk); it is for improvement of one’s own process. the teacher , it is said, is concurrenntly learning. This is this learning. Not the subject matter.
