You are advised to become a member of the requiiste groups and for that a mail would be in order.
We do learn by mutual sharing, and due Bonus credits can be made for those who share information. here. That would be Bonus and simply used to upgrade your score, not in relation to any one of the other students. Isn’t is a socio- techno way?
We have had lot of benefits to the learnings as a result of Exposure to TOTAL QUALITY.
This is what you deserve in your teaching.

i am working in tata motors as a customer support manager and all the tools such as
1.3s
2.6 sigma
3.kaizen
4.dqctc (diagnostic.quality,cost.time,courtsey)
are being followed at the highest level
though i am still at a very early age of even being elligible for this fellowship.
but still i am very happy and highly satisfied to know that it was the most imprtant subject in the college time. all the things you told were very realistic in terms of the quality we achieve in the organisation and i was one of those lucky people who had an idea about all the terminologies they were using like fish bone,ishikawa why-why analysis,80-20 rule.
so i would like to personally thank you for teaching the most important aspect of the organisation which are helping me tremendously in my field of work
