He cited extensive competence to meet challenges of Technology to Indian Engineers, most times denied, with a big NO.

Plagiarism: Wikipedia defines it as ” It is the use or close imitation of the language and thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one’s own original work”.

Indulging is Plagiarism, or copyright infringement etc is not only unethical, but it also denies one the opportunity to progress knowledge, learn, develop and so on. Rather than get credit(s) one looses credibility too.

Planning is the first step to the launching of an ‘Action’. Even to press a trigger of a gun one has to press the lever almost to the extent of 80% ( Following the Pareto’s 80-20 rule). This forms an essential part of TOET (test of Elementary Training). Proverbially Japanese also spend 80 % of their time planning. –>isn’t it large vis-a-vis 20 % spent by Americans?
